Every stylist brings something special to Wiznu and Sienna brings a lovely mix of fresh energy, natural talent and genuine care for her clients. As the youngest member of our team, she has already shown a real commitment to developing her skills and creating an experience that makes clients feel comfortable, understood and looked after.
Sienna joined Wiznu in May 2024. From the beginning, she was excited about the opportunity to learn, build her confidence and grow as a stylist. Since then, we have watched her become a confident and valued member of our salon team.
Building her skills
When Sienna first started at Wiznu, her main goal was to build her skills. That focus continues to guide the way she approaches her work today.
Hairdressing is a craft that develops through education, experience and time spent working with different clients and hair types. Sienna embraces every opportunity to learn. She listens carefully to advice from our experienced team- Caroline, Anne, Betty and Christie and applies what she learns with every client.
She has also continued her professional development outside the salon, including recent training with Kevin Murphy. These experiences help her learn new techniques, stay familiar with the latest products and develop a deeper understanding of how to care for different hair needs.
Her creativity and eye for detail are becoming more evident as her experience grows. She takes pride in her work and wants every client to leave feeling happy with the result.
Growing in confidence
One of the biggest changes Sienna has noticed in herself is her confidence when talking with clients. When she first began, making conversation with new people felt challenging. Today, she feels comfortable connecting with every client she meets.
This confidence is an important part of creating a positive salon experience. A great appointment starts with listening and making sure the client feels comfortable explaining what they want.
